Hardly hypocrisy is it? As District Attorney of San Francisco her job was to ensure laws were enforced and those guilty of breaking said laws were prosecuted. Not for her to pick and choose which laws are enforced.
As a politician she has backed legalising marijuana, that's her personal conviction (which I also support). If anything the case you're highlighting only underscores her integrity.
