As 200 Jews are murdered in Israel by Hamas, the Scottish Greens refuse to call them terrorists and Ross Greer MSP defends their right to attack their "occupiers"
Failure to condemn Hamas without ifs, buts or equivalency at this moment is to my mind one of the worst examples of ignorance and cultural relativism of the moment. There is a place and time to litigate Israeli armed forces proportionality of response, but it isn't on the day of Israel's 9/11 moment.
'Hamas has no right to murder civilians' seems pretty unequivocal. Your piece is a daily mail level attempt to frame the Scottish greens as supporters of terrorism. We have seen it all before with Corbyn. Interesting that you reference 9/11.. what was the result of unilateral condemnation of the 9/11 attacks? Breach of UN convention and the loss of 600000 innocent Iraqi civilians?
Are you really saying that Israels treatment of the Palestinians is beyond reproach? Maybe a more balanced perspective would be more credible?
Israel does not deliberately target civilians, Hamas does. You're engaging in false equivalence
How many innocent civilians have Israeli retaliations killed today? How many war crimes have Israeli forces committed over the years?
