I'm not sure there is anyone capable of designing sensible policies and then implementing them and learning from the inevitable mistakes to make them better. All we have is Emoted ideas (GDP hurts so we'll ignore it, wellbeing is A GOOD THING so we'll have that. Below I have a policy generator for SNP/Green.
